New Communications Form

At LUMC, communication is more than just information—it’s how we share hope and love with our community. We’re committed to listening first, responding thoughtfully, and valuing people over projects.

If you have an announcement, need a graphic designed, or are requesting a print job, we invite you to fill out our Communications Form. Submitting this form helps our staff plan ahead, manage their workload, and serve you with excellence. Please submit your request at least three weeks in advance of your desired publication date for the best chance at timely completion.
