At Leander UMC, our youth ministry is a space where middle and high school students can build meaningful friendships while deepening their relationship with God. Through intentional events, thoughtful teaching, and authentic relationship-building, we create a welcoming environment where youth feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow in their faith.
Sunday School is a great way to get connected! We meet at 9:45 a.m. in the Upper Room (upstairs in the education wing). Our curriculum helps youth navigate the challenges of an ever-changing world with a God-centered perspective. Together, we explore Scripture, reflect on personal experiences, and discover how faith shapes the way we live and serve in the world.

We value the safety of our children and youth and take seriously our responsibility to lead them well. We follow the safety policy and procedure guidelines as set by the Rio Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church. All volunteers must pass a thorough background check by an outside agency and complete a safety training and certification course. Click below to learn more about our policy.
